Compassionate In-Home Care in Fairfax County, VA

Helping seniors and adults with disabilities live safely, comfortably, and confidently at home.

About

Butterfly Home Care was created by a caregiver who understood how hard it is to balance safety, independence, and everyday life. Today, our Fairfax County team supports older adults, people with disabilities, and families who are carrying a lot on their shoulders.

We provide in-home care, disability support, and autism services that fit into busy Northern Virginia lives. Many of the families we serve juggle work in D.C. or Tysons, school schedules, traffic on I-66 and the Beltway, and the emotional weight of caregiving. Our job is to make home care one thing you don’t have to manage alone.

In Fairfax County, we work closely with local resources such as Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, and community programs that support seniors and neurodiverse adults. Our goal is simple: steady, respectful care at home so your loved one can stay where they feel most secure.

Your Fairfax County Home Care Partner

Choosing home care is personal. You’re not just hiring a service — you’re inviting someone into your home and your family’s routines.

At Butterfly Home Care - Fairfax County, we start by listening. We learn how your loved one spends their day, what they enjoy, what’s hard right now, and what a “good day” looks like. Then we build a care plan around that picture.

Our caregivers are local to Fairfax County. They understand the pace of this area, the commute, the school and work demands, and the need for reliable, on-time support. Whether you need a few hours of help after school, overnight support, or long-term in-home care, we’ll help you find a rhythm that works.

At Butterfly Home Care – Fairfax County, we focus on care that feels human, not transactional. Our team embraces the same caregiver-centered values established by founder Becky Wang, delivering professional, purpose-driven care that puts dignity, independence, and personal connection first.

Our mission is simple: to provide honest, reliable in-home care that helps your loved one maintain independence, stay safe, and feel connected to the community they call home.
